2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING THE 1979 EDITION OF
3 STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION
AND THE HEMET DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS STANDARD
4 SPECIFICATIONS FOR PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION, AS AMENDED
5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
6 Section 1 . The City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby adopts the
7 1979'edition of the Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction as
8 amended from time-to-time.
9 One (1 ) copy of 1979 edition of the Standard Specifications for Public
10 Works Construction, popularly known as the "Green Book", authored by the Joint
11 Cooperative Committee of the Southern California Chapters of the American Public
12 Works Association and Associated General Contractors of California having been
13 filed in the office of the San Jacinto City Clerk, .the same are hereby designate
14 and adopted by reference as the Public;Works Construction Code for the City of
15 San Jacinto, State of California.
16 Section 2. The City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby adopts the
17 Hemet Department of Public Works Standard Specifications for Public Works Con-
1 8 struction, as amended .

19 Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this Resolution

and 'shall cause the same to be published in the Valley Register,-a newspaper of
21
general circulation printed and published in the County of Riverside in the
22 manner prescribed by law.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 4th day of November 1980.
