l RESOLUTION NO.-1358
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF;THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
3 OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
5 A. WHEREAS the Planning Commission of the City of San Jacinto duly
6 held a public hearing on the 12th day of August 1980 to consider the proposed
7 amendments to the General Plan herein acted upon and by its resolutions 81-2,
8 81-4 and 81-5 recommended to the City Council of said City that the amendments
9 be adopted; and
10 B. WHEREAS a public hearing was held on the 4th day of November 1980
11 by the City Council , notice 'duly posted and published pursuant to law; and
12 C. WHEREAS the City Council on the 4th day of November 1980 has granted
13 a Negative Declaration and directed the filing of a Notice of Determination
14 with the County Clerk's office.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San
16 Jacinto as follows :
17 1 . The Council finds the foregoing facts to be true.
18 2. The Land Use Element of the General Plan of the City of San Jacinto
19 is hereby amended as outlined on Attachments A, B and C.
20 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution
21 and cause a copy to be transmitted to the Riverside County Planning Department.
22 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of November 1980.
