A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE AN-
3 NEXATION TO THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO OF CERTAIN
UNINHABITED TERRITORY WITHOUT NOTICE OR HEAR-
ING HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION NO.
4 34 AND FURTHER DESIGNATED AS LAFCO 80-34-3
5 WHEREAS, an application for approval of certain uninhabited territory has
6 been initiated and designated as City of San Jacinto Annexation No. 34 and fur-
7 tFier designated by the Local Agency Formation Commission as .LAFCO No. 80-34-3;
8 and;,
9 WHEREAS, said annexation application contains the consent of all landowners
10 in the proposed area to said annexation, the boundaries of which are more parti-
11 cularly described in Exhibit A which by reference is made a part hereof; and
12 WHEREAS , all hearings required by the Local Agency Formation Commission
13 have been held as required by law; and
14 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto is the designated
15 conducting authority,
16 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Annexation No. 34 is hereby approved.
17 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of October 1980 by the following
18 vote:
19 AYES: Councilmen Visser, Divine, Stevens , }lose and Hazeltine

21 ABSENT: None
