2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY :COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING AND AUTHOR-
3 IZING SUBMITTAL OF ANNEXATION APPLICATION FOR UN-
INHABITED TERRITORY (SAN JACINTO ANNEXATION NO.38)
4 A resolution of the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California,
5 consenting and authorizing submittal' of annexation application for uninhabited
6
territory (San Jacinto Annexation No. 38); and
7 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto wishes to proceed with Annexation No. 38 ) ;
8 and
9 WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto did receive a request to initiate said
10 Annexation No. 38 ; and
11 WHEREAS, Section 35100 of the Governmental Code requires the adoption of a
12 resolution to accompany the application of annexation.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of San Jacin-
14 to, that the City Manager, and/or his designated representative, is hereby auth-
1 5 orized to submit an application and necessary documentation pertaining to said
16 proposed Annexation No. 38 .
17 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of October 1980 by the following
18 vote:
19 AYES: Councilmen Rose, Stevens, Divine and Hazeltine
20 NOES: None
21 ABSENT: Councilman Visser
