CITY OF SAN "JACINTO-SIGNIFYING-INTENT TO
EFFECT TERMINATION OF THE CAL'IFORNIA STATE
SOCIAL SECURITY AGREEMENT OF MARCH '1 1951

RESOLVED, that the City of San Jacinto requests, the Board of Admin
5 ,
istration of the Public Employees ' Retirement System to 'terminate the agree-
6
ment of February 16, 1951, between the City of San Jacinto and the State of
7
California effective the 31st day of December 1982 and
8
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Ross S. Nammar, City Manager, be and is
9
directed to sign the necessary documents and conduct such negotiations as
10
as are necessary to terminate said agreement'.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 1980.
