2 _A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
3 1299 ADOPTED THE 25TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1980.
4 WHEREAS, the City Council of San_Jacinto appointed the City Manager as
5 the agent for applying for disaster ,relief loans and grants by reason of flood-
6 ing on and after February 21 ,-1980; and
7 WHEREAS, the City Manager Thomas Hemphill is no longer employed or an
8 agent of the City of San Jacinto,
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council;of San Jacinto as
10 follows
11 1 . The ;City Manager, Ross S. Nammar, is 'appointed the agent for the
12 City of San Jacinto to apply for grants, loans and other disaster
13 relief from the State of California and the United States government
14 by reason of said flood (PL 93`-288) .
15 : MOVED, ,PASSED AND ADOPTED the 19th day of August 1980, by the following
16 vote:
17 AYES: Councilmen Visser, Divine, Stevens , Rose and Hazeltine
18 ; _
