2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALI`FORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE CHIEF OF POLICE
TO FURNISH PEACE 'OFFICERS' TO THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:

1 . The Chief of Police is hereby-authorized to furnish to the County

of Riverside during any job action by County Law Enforcement Unit Employees,
7
City Peace Officers , when requested by the Sheriff or his designees , to respond
11 to emergency criminal matters occurring in the unincorporated area of the County
9
within 30 minutes travel time of the City's boundary.

2. Upon rendering such service, it is understood County will; compen
I1
sate City for its actual cost incurred.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of August 1980.
