1 RESOLUTION NO. 1326
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
ESTABLISHING A TRUST FUND FOR OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF
3 THE CITY 'S MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL COMMENCING JULY 1 , 1980
4 WHEREAS, the City's budget for 1980-81 does not permit appropriation of
5 j funds for full and complete operation and maintenance of the City's swimming
6 pool ; and

7 WHEREAS, many service clubs and civic groups have pledged their assistance
8 and resources in making and collecting donations for the operation and main-
9 tenance of the swimming pool ; and
10 WHEREAS, approximately $2,000 in donations has been collected and is being
11 held by the City for this purpose;
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Swimming Pool Trust Fund be set up
13 for the purpose of accepting and administering donations so collected and
14 turned over to the City;
15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Treasurer serve as Trustee for receiving
16I said funds and paying costs incurred in the operation and maintenance of the
17 ! swimming pool so long as said funds are available.

18 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of June 1980.
