2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
APPROVING THE ANNEXATION Of CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY,
3 DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION NO. 32 TO THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4i THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE,AS FOLLOWS:
5 1 . WHEREAS, on the- 6th day of May, 1980 the Council of the City
of San Jacinto did pass and adopt Resolution No. 1318 declaring proceedings
6 ! begun to annex certain uninhabited territory to the City of San Jacinto, said
territory being therein designated as "Annexation No. 32 said Resolution
7 describing the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; and
8 2. WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission on the loth of
January, 1980 approved the annexation of said territory with the necessity
9 of giving of notice thereof, or hearing being held; and
10 3. WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing to hear any
11
objections from owners of land within said territory.
4. WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 1323 declaring
19 , no majority protest.
13 5 . WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of San Jacinto
and is uninhabited territory in the County of Riverside;

6. NOW, THERFORE, the said Council of the City of San Jacinto does
15 hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the
1r City of San Jacinto, and does hereby further resolve that the said territory
be and is hereby annexed to the City of San Jacinto .
17 7 . That said territory the approval and annexation of which to the
18 City of San Jacinto is herein resolved is all that territory situated in
the County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described in
(I "Exhibit A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular adjourned meeting of said
0 City Council on the 17th of June 1980 by the following vote:

Legal Description
That portion of the East one-half of the Northeast one
quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 33, Township
4 South , Range 1 West , San Bernardino Base and Meridian; also
being a portion of the East one-half of the Northeast one
quarter of Farm Lot 153 of the' lands of the San Jacinto Land
Association , as shown by map on file in Book 8 , Page 357. of
Maps , Records of San Diego County , more particularly described
as follows :
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 153 , said corner
being the centerline intersection of Cottonwood Avenue, 110 . 00
feet wide , with Pa1.m Avenue , 88 . 00 feet wide ;
Thence North 89 '59 ' 12" West along the North line of said
Lot 153 and centerline of Cottonwood Avenue a distance of
661 .57 feet ;
Thence South 00'00 ' 22" tdest, a distance of 1 , 322 . 05 feet;
Thence South 89'59 ' 20 " East a distance of 661 . 71 feet to
the East line of said Lot 153;
Thence North along said East line and centerline of Palm

Avenue , a distance of 1322 . 02 feet to the Point of Beginning .
Containing 20 . 08 acres , more or less .
