A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT A MAJORITY PROTEST
2 WAS NOT MADE TO THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
UNINHABITED TERRITORY, DESIGNATED "ANNEXATION NO. 32"
3 TO THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO.
4 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO in regular
5 session duly held this 17th day of June, 1980.
6 1 . That, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Organization
Act of 1977, a public hearing was duly held before this Council on this
7 date at 7: 30 p.m. after notice thereof was duly published thereof as
required by law by, one publication of Resolution No. 1318 in the San
8 Jacinto Valley Register and written notice of said hearing was duly mailed
to each owner of land in the territory hereinafter described as required
9 by the provisions of Section 35223 of the Government Code, State of
California.
10 2 . Said public hearing was closed prior to the adoption of this
11 resolution.
12 3 . That the Council finds that the owners of one-half of the value
of the territory hereinafter described did not file written protests prior
13 to the final adjournment of the said public hearing to the proposed
annexation of uninhabited territory designated "ANNEXATION NO . 32"
In and the Council determines pursuant to the provisions of Sections 35227
and 35229 of the Government Code, State of California, that a majority
15 1 protest to said proposed annexation has not been made.
16 4 . The territory of the proposed annexation, designated ANNEXATION
NO. 32" is described as all that certain territory situated in the County
17 of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described in
"Exhibit A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Legal Description
That portion of the East one-half of the Northeast one
quarter of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 33 , Township
4 South , Range 1 West , San Bernardino Base and Meridian; also
being a portion of the East one-half of the Northeast one
quarter of farm Lot 153 of the lands of the San Jacinto Land
Association , as shown by map on file in Book 8 , Page 357 of
Maps,, Records of San Diego County , more particularly described
as follows :
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 153 , said corner
being the centerline intersection of Cottonwood Avenue , 110 . 00
feet wide , with Palm Avenue, 88 . 00 feet wide ;
Thence North 89 '59 ' 12 " West along the North line of said
Lot 153 and centerline of Cottonwood Avenue a distance of
661 . 57 feet ;
Thence South 00°00 ' 22" West, a distance of 1 , 322 . 05 feet;
Thence South 89 ° 59 ' 20" East a distance of 661 . 71 feet to
the East line of said Lot 153;
Thence North along said East line and centerline of Palm .
Avenue , a distance of 1322 . 02 feet to the Point of Beginning .
Containing 20 . 08 acres , more or less .
