2 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
,3 CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTAB-
LISHING THE FEES TO BE CHARGED-PURSUANT
4 TO SECTION' 58, OF THE CODE OF TIIE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO FOR VIOLATION OF MUNICIPAL
5 PARKING REGULATION NO. 358 AND ALL AMEND-
5 THERETO.
WHEREAS
7 (i the City Council of the City of San Jacinto adopted Ordi-
nance No. 681 which amended Ordinance No. 358 of the codeof
8�i the City of San Jacinto by amending Section 58 to provide for a
9�� fee to be paid to the City Clerk for the violation of parking
10; -ordinance No. 358; and
WHEREAS
11 said section 58 provides that for the purpose of
12 regulating the use of streets and traffic thereon and as a de-
13 terrent to the abuse of the parking privileges provided in Ordinance
No. 358, a fee as, prescribed by resolution of the City Council for
14 such violation shall be charged .
15 NOW;- THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
16 the City of San Jacinto that in accordance with the provisions of
17 ordinance No. 358 of the City of San Jacinto a fee of five dollars
18 ($5`. 00) shall be charged for the violation of all parking regula-
19 tions set forth in Ordinance No. 358 of the Code of the City of San,
20 Jacinto.
