A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
A CALIFORNIA MUNICIPALITY ACKNOWLEDGING RECEIPT OF A PETITION
FOR ANNEXATION TO TERRITORY TO THE CITY AND NOTIFYING THE
-LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION OF THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE
THAT THE CITY CONSENTS TO SUCH ANNEXATION, TO BE KNOWN AS
ANNEXATION NO. 35.
RECITALS:
A. A petition has been received by certain persons or person to annex to
the City of San Jacinto, setting forth their reasons for such annexation.
B. Consideration by the Department of Community Development and Planning
Commission, both has indicated the annexation should be received favorably
based upon the facts presently known and subject to the approval of the
-Local Agency Formation Commission, hereinafter called the Commission.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto,
sitting in regular adjourned session this 15th day of Arpil 1980.
as follows:
1 . The foregoing facts set forth are true and correct.
2." The Council is disposed to consent to the annexation of the territory
substantially described in the petition, a copy of which is set forth
attached hereto, marked Exhibit A.
3. Prior to the Con-mission Hearing this application the applicant shall apply
for and receive prezoning for this annexation.
4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and transmit
a copy to the Secretary of the Commission of Riverside County.
5, The Director of Community Development of this City is appointed the City's
agent to represent it in all matters in connection with this annexation with
the Commission.
ADOPTED AND SIGNED this 15th day of April 1980.
