RESOLUTION NO. 1308
2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTrO AMENDING THE LAND USE ELEMENT
3 OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF SAN J.ACINTO
4 WHEREAS
5 A. The Planning commission of the City of San Jacinto duly held
a public hearing on December 6 , 1979, to consider the
6 proposed amendment of the land use element of the General. Plan
iierein acted upon and by its Resolution No. 79-41 recommended
7 to the City Council that amendment be adopted.
8 B. A negative declaration has been filed that the change would
not have a significant impact on the environment.

C. A public hearing was duly held April 15, 1980, by the City
-10 Council after notice was duly published and posted. No written
communications were received One neighbor inquired as to pos--
11 sible uses, _indicating objections to noisy activities such as
automative repairs but none as to the character of the present
12 uses of the adjacent MI zone,
13 NOW THEREFORE, BE: IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto, the date hereinafter stated as follows :

1. `.Che council finds the foregoing facts to be true.

2. The Land Use Element of the GGeneral. Plan of the city
16 of San Jacinto is hereby amended as follows : The land use
of the annexation in the Map,, Exhibit A is changed to show
17 industrial uses
18 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and cause a copy hereof to be transmitted to the Plan-
19 ning Departments of the County of Riverside and City Of Hemet,
20 respectively„
