2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY,
g DESIGNATED AS ANNEXATION NO. 30 TO THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
4 JHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE ASFOLLOWS: ,
5 1 . WHEREAS, on the 19th day of February 1980, the Council of the City
of San Jacinto did pass and adopt Resolution No. 1295 declaring proceedings
6 begun-to annex certain uninhabited territory ,to the City of San, Jacinto, said
territory being therein designated as "Annexation No. 30" said Resolution
7 describing the boundaries of the territory proposed to be annexed; and
8 2. WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission on the 13th"day of
September 1979 approved the annexation of said territory with the necessity
9 of giving of notice thereof, or hearing being held; and
10 3. - WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing to hear any
objections from owners of land within said territory.

4. WHEREAS, the City Council adopted ResolutionNo. 1305 declaring
12 no majority protest.
13 5. WHEREAS, said territory is contiguous to the City of San Jacinto
and is uninhabited territory in the County of'Riverside

6. NOW, THEREFORE, the said Council of the City of- San Jacinto does -
I hereby approve the annexation of the territory hereinafter described to the
16 City of San Jacinto, and does hereby further resolve that the said territory
jbe and is hereby annexed to the City of San Jacinto.

18 @the County of Riverside, State of California, more particularly described in
1c "Exhibit A" which is attached hereto and made apart hereof.

Legal Desxription : ,
Being an annexation of a "portion of Farm Lot 154 of the
lands of the San Jacinto Land Association, as shown by Map
on file in Book 8 , Page 357 of Maps , Records of San Diego
County. Also being a portion of the Northwest one-quarter
of Section 34, Township 4 South, Range 1 West, San Bernardino
Base and Meridian and more particularly described as follows .
Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Lot 154 ,
said corner being the centerline intersection of Elizabeth
Street, 60 feet wide with Seventh Street, 60 feet wide;
Thence North along the centerline of Elizabeth Avenue
and West line of said Lot 154 , a distance of 660 . 03feet, to
the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing North along said West line and center-
line a distance of 659 . 97 -feet to 'a line parallel with the
North line ,of said Lot 154, said parallel line being on the
existing limits of the City of San Jacinto;
Thence East along said parallel line and said City
Limits , a distance of 1, 332 feet more or less to the East
line of said Lot 154 , said -East line being on the centerline
of Grand Avenue, 60 feet wide;
Thence South 44 '59 ' 33" West along said East line and
c:eaterline a distance of 930 feet more or less to _a point of
angle in said East line,-
Thence west parallel with the North line of said Lot`
154 , a distance of 673 feet more or less to the Point of
Beginning.
