2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY'
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
3 VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, APPOINT-
ING PRECINCT BOARD MEMBERS AND; FIXING COMPEN-
4 SATION FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION OF
SAID CITY ON TUESDAY, APRIL 8, 1980, HERETOFORE
5 CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO.` 1283 OF THE ;CITY COUNCIL
6 WHEREAS, a general municipal election to be held on Tuesday, April 8, 1980,
7 has been heretofore called by Resolution No. 1283, adopted on December 20, 1979;
8 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, `CALIFORNIA,
g DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
10 Section 1 . That for the purpose of holding said regular general municipal-,
election, there shall be and are hereby established three (3) voting precincts
11 consisting of consolidations of the regular election precincts in the City of San
Jacinto established for the holding of state and county elections, as said regu-
1 2 lar `precincts exist on the date of adoption of this resolution. That the polling
places for the respective precincts shall be the places hereinafter designated;
13 and that the persons hereinafter named, being competent and 'qualified electors '
and residents of said City are hereby appointed ; precinct board members for their
14 respective voting precincts, and they shall hold said election and make return
thereof in the manner provided by Taw.

Section 2. That the compensation of the persons hereinbefore named as pre.-
28 cinct board members is hereby fixed at the sum of $35' for each Inspector and $30
for each Judge and Clerk for; said election. The rental for each of such polling
29 places, where a charge is made, shall be °$15 for said election.
30 Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
this resolution; shall enter the same in the book of original Resolutions of said
31 City; and shall make a minute of passage and adoption thereof in the records of
