1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL ,OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE REPORT OF
2 THE CITY IPIANAGER OF SAID CITY MADE PURSUANT TO THE
TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF RESOLUTION NO. 1532 OF SAID
3 COUNCIL,
4 SAN JACINTO LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE DIS-
TRICT NO. 1984-85/1-- ,

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California',
6 did in Resolution No. 1532, adopted P'ay; 29, 1984, pursuant to the nro-
visions' of the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972" of the State of
7 California (Part' 2 of Division 15 of the Streets and Highways Code of
said State) , require the City C"anager to make and file with the Clerk
8 of the City Council a report in writing presenting certain matters
relating to certain street lighting fixtures and appurtenances and
9 the proposed maintenace thereof, including the maintenance of all such
fixtures and appurtenances throughout thesaid District and for the
10 maintenance of landscaping in various areas within said District as
contemplated `under_the provisions of said "Landscaping and Lighting Act'
11 of 1972" , and
12 WHEREAS, said City Manager, pursuant to the requirements of said
City Council as expressed in Resolution No. 1532 and of Said la+Aa, did
13 make on the 29th day of May,1984, file 'in the office of the City Clerk
(who is ex-officio Clerk of the City Council ) of said City, his report
14 in writing responsive to the requirements of ;said Resolution No. 1532
and of said law referred to in said Resolution No. 1532 and as contemplated
15 ' under the provisions of said "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972; and
16 WHEREAS, said City Clerk has 'presented the said report to the City
Council of said City, and said Council has proceeded to carefully examine,
17 inspect and consider the said report and has afforded all persons interested
an 'opportunity to be heard with reference thereto, and is `'satisfied with
18 said report and with each and all of the items therein set forth ,
19 NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLC1,11S :

SECTION 1 . That the report of the City Manager of the City of San
21 Jacinto, California, bearing date the 29th day of May, 1984 , e.'hich said
report was prepared and filed pursuant to the requirements of the provisions
22 of Resolution No. 1532 of the City Council of said City, and in conformity
with the provisions of the "Landscaping` and Lighting Act of 1972 of the
23 State:of California (Part 2 or Division 15 r.;' `thc Streets and Highways Code
of said State,) , and which said report was filed in the office of the City
24 Clerk (who is ex-off-icin ,ler; of the Cite ""cuncil ) of the City of San '.
Jacinto, California ;' on the 29th ;day of May 1984 ae and the same is hereby
25 approved as so prepared, presented and-fi�e`i.
26 SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoptionof this resolution , shall cause the same to be entered among the
27 original resolutions of the City Council of the City Council of said City
and shall make a minute of the passage and adoption -thereof in the records
28 ,of the proceedings of the City Council of said City in the minutes of the
meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
29 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May 1984,
