2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF "SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ALL RUBBISHAND
3 REFUSE UPON AND ALL WEEDS GROWING UPON SPECIFIED
STREETS AND PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHIN SAID CITY TO
4 BE PUBLIC NUISANCES ArD DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO REMOVE AND ABATE THE SAME UNDER AND IN ACCORDANCE
5 WI111 THE PROVISIONS OF TITLE 4 , 01VISION 3, PART 2,
6 CHAPTER 13, ARTICLE 2, OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE
7 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SON JACINTO ASSEMBLED IN REGULAR SESSION THIS
g 6th DAY OF March 1984, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE ASFOLLOWS:
9 i . It is hereby found, determined and declared that rubbish .and refuse
existing upon the hereinafter described parkways , streets and private property
10 within t:iie City of Stan Jacinto, and weeds which bear seeds of wi'ngy-and/or
downy nature and/or attain such a large growth as to become a fire menace when
11 dry, and/or which are otherwise noxious and/or dangerous , are growing upon the
streets, sidewalks and private property in the City, of San Jacinto, California ,
12 described in Exhibit "A" hereinafter referred to.
1: 2. Ehat pursuant to the prop, isions of Article 2, Chapter 13, Part 2,
Division 3, Title 4, of the California Kovernment Cade, such rubbish and refuse
14 existing at and such weeds growing in nr upon streets, sidewalks , perkways or>
private property at the locations set forth and more particularly described in
15 that certain list hereunto attached, marked Exhihit "A", and by this reference
incorporated , in and made a part hereof, ,are determined and declared to be a,
16 public nuisance which must be abate=d by the rewovai thereof.
17 BE -IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council will at the time of its
regular meeting on April 3, 1984, at 7:30 p.m, in the Council Chambers in the
18 City Hall of said City, to hear and consider all objections to the proposed
19 removal of weeds , rubbiAi and refuy
BE IT FURIPF11 RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
20 of this resolution and cause it to be published pursuant to law.
