2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND DIRECTING
3 PUBLICATION OF A HOUSING POLICIES REPORT
4 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California,
as follows:

WHEREAS, Section 1O3A(j)(5) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1984, as
6 amended, requires users of qualified mortgage bonds to prepare and publish,
following a public hearing preceded by reasonable public notice, a report
7 concerning housing policies; and
8 WHEREAS, there has been prepared and filed with the City Clerk of this
City a Housing Policies Report, and the members of this Council have reviewed
9 said Report and each and every part thereof; and
10 WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing has been held regarding the Report
and all persons desiring to be heard have been heard;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ORDERED and DETERMINED as follows:

1 . The Housing Policies Report of the City of San Jacinto
13 is hereby adopted.
14 2. The City Clerk of the City is hereby directed to publish
such Report on or before December 31 , 1984, one time in
15 the Hemet News, a newspaper of general circulation in the
City.

3. The City Clerk of the City is hereby directed to submit
17 a copy of such Report to the Secretary of the United
States Department of the Treasury to be received by
18 said Secretary on or before December 31 , 1984.
19 MOVED, PASSED and ADOPTED at a meeting held the 18th day of December
20 1984, by the following vote:
