1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, OF IN-
2 TENTION TO ORDER ABANDONMENT OF A CER-
TAIN PORTION OF GRAND AVENUE, NORTH OF
3 ESPLANADE AVENUE AND SOUTH OF THE 11TH
STREET FLOOD CONTROL CHANNEL
4 The City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, does here-
5 by declare its intent to vacate and abandon the public right-of-sway under
6 and through the property hereinafter described in the City of San Jacinto,
7 County of Riverside, State of California.
8 A map of said property proposed to be vacated and abandoned is
9 on file in the office of the Department of Community Development in the City
10 of San Jacinto to which reference is hereby made for further particulars.
11 Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in or objecting
12 to the proposed vacation and abandonment that a hearing thereon will be held
13 at the City Council Chambers in the City of San Jacinto located at 209 East
14 Main Street, San Jacinto, California, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 18, 1984,
15 which set time is not less than fifteen (15) days from the adoption of this
16 Resolution.
17 The City Clerk is directed to publish this resolution in the
18 same manner prescribed by law for the publishing of ordinances of the City
19'i and to post notices of vacation conspicuously along the line of the property
20
proposed to be vacated at least ten (10) days before the date hereinabove
21 set for hearing, said notices to be not more than three hundred (300) feet
22 apart. At least three of such notices shall be posted and shall state that
23 this resolution has been adopted, and the time and place hereinabove set
24 forth for hearing thereon.
25 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2Oth day of Novem 1114.
