2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
3 AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION
FORM TO THE MORTGAGE ALLOCATION COMMITTEE

5 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO HEREBY FINDS, DETERMINES, RESOLVES
AND ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

7 Section 1 . The City Manager of the City of San Jacinto is hereby author-
8 ized and directed to submit to the Mortgage Bond Allocation Committee of the
9 State of California the Submission Information Form attached hereto as Exhibit
10 "A", and to do all things and acts which are required by law or which may be
11 necessary or desirable to facilitate the submission of such form and the
12 mortgage financing contemplated thereby.
13 Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of
14 this resolution and the same shall take effect and be in force.
15 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 4th day of September 1984, by the fol-
16 lowing vote:
17 AYES: Councilmen Visser, Divine, Rose, Stevens and Stuart
18 NOES: None
19 ABSENT: None
