2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, REQUESTING PARTICIPATION IN
3 RIVERSIDE COUNTY AWARD 83/6779 ADDENDUM? NO. 1
4 BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY �F S?".N JACINTO requests participation in
5 Award 33/6779 to Union Oil Co. by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors
6 for the purchase of lubricating oils and greases from July 1 , 1984 throuqh
7 June 30, 1985.
8 BE IT FURTHE" .-IESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
9 approves the followinn terms and conditions relatino to participation in the
10 County contra•--6 for lubricating oils and greases:
11 1 . !'ill make all purchases in its own name, for public use only;
12 2. °Jill be responsible for payment directly to the vendor and
13 for tax liability and will hold the County harmless therefrom;
14 3. Has not and will not have in force any other contract for
15 like purchases;
16 4. Has not obtained and does not have under consideration written
17 bids or quotations from other vendors for like purchases.
18 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day o 'ly 1984.
