2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A
3 SPENDING LIMITATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983-84
4 WHEREAS, Article XIIIB of the California Constitution provides for the
51 establishment of a formal spending limitation; and
& WHEREAS, the San Jacinto City Council has met the public hearing require
7 ments pursuant to SB1352, Chapter 1205 of the 1980 Statutes; and
8 WHEREAS, the spending limitation for Fiscal Year 1983-84 totals
9 $2,144,7O6 adjusted for various exempted fees and funds,
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the Fiscal Year 1983-84 spending limita-
11 tion is hereby established as $2,117,337 subject to later adjustments for an-
12 nexations, transfer and newly-assumed services and newly-established fees.
13 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting this 5th day of June
14 1984 by the following vote:
15 AYES: Councilmen Stevens, Visser, Rose, Divine and Stuart
16 NOES: None
