2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SA,'� J?1.CINTO
ORDERING THE CITY MANAGER TO PREPARE AND FILE A REPURT IN
3 ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 4, CHAPTER 1, PART 2, "LANDSCAPING
AND LIGHTING ACT OF 197211, BEING DIVISION 15, STREETS AND
4 HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE FURNISHING
OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY AND MAINTENANCE OF STREET LIGHTS; AND
5 FOR THE FURNISHING OF LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE IN SAN JACINTO
LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1984-85/1-4, IN
6 THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING ON JULY 1, 1984 ANE; ENDING JUNE 30, 1985.

8 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California,
9 proposes to form an assessment district pursuant to the "Landscaping and
10 Lighting Act of 1972 being Division 15, Part 2 of the Streets and
11 Highways Code of the State of California; and
12 WHEREAS, the said assessment district shall include all parcels of
13 land within the said District and shall be designated as the SAN JACINTO
14 LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1984-85/1-4; and
15 WHEREAS, it is proposed to furnish the electrical energy and land--
16 scaling maintenance on the following streets as shown on San Jacinto
17 Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance Plan No. 1984-85/1-4, on attached
18 Exhibits A, 8, C & D.
19 All street lights and landscaping maintenance areas within said
20 District, all as shown on Plan No. 1984-85/1-4; and
21 WHEREAS, it is proposed to furnish the energy and to maintain the
1 SECTION 2. That a certified copy of this resolution be presented to
2 said City Manager for his information and guidance.
3 SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
4 of this resolution; shall cause the same to be entered among the original
5 resolutions of said City; and shall make a minute of the passage and
6 adoption thereof, in the records of the proceedings of the City Council of
7 Said City in the minutes of the meeting at which the same is passed and
8 adopted.
9 PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 29th day of May, 1984.
