2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO INITIATE
ON ITS 014N MOTION PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX CERTAIN
INHABITED TERRITORY KNOHN AS ANNEXATION NO. 49
4 WHEREAS, some property owners desire annexation to the City of San Jacinto

and
6 WHEREAS, annexation to the City of San Jacinto will contribute to the
7 orderly growth of the City, provide proper control of street layouts, sanitary
3 sewer and water design and to insure proper use of land in conformity with the
9 General Plan.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows :
11 1 . The City Council of the City of San Jacinto proposes to initiate on
12
its own motion proceedings to annex to the City of San Jacinto all the terri_
13 tory hereinafter described on Exhibit "A" as inhabited territory pursuant to
14 the provisions of the Municipal Organization Act.
15 2. That the territory which the Council proposes to annex shall be
16
identified as Annexation No. 49.

3. That the City Manager, or his designated representative, is hereby
18
authorized to file with the Local Agency Formation Commission the appropriate
1
application and sign any and all documents therefore.
