2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CPJACIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPRPVING SUBMISSION
3 OF AN APPLICATION FOR CDBG DISCRETIOMARY
FUNDS TO CONSTRUCT SE14ER LINES IN AND
4 AROUND ESPLANADE AND SANTA FE AVENUES..
5 WHEREAS City regulations require all new construction to connect
6 to the sewer.
7 WHEREAS development of M-1 properties in the neighborhood of
S Esplanade and Santa Fe Avenues have been selected due to lack of sewer
9 facilities.
10 WHEREAS construction of sewer line is an eligible project for
11 Community Development Block Grant Funds.
12 BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED THAT the `'ity council of the City of
13 San Jacinto approves the submission of an application for Community De-
14 velopment Block Grant to construct sewer lines in and around Esplanade
15 and Santa Fe Avenues.
16 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January 984.
