2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, EXPRESSING APPRECIATION FOR THE
3 MANY YEARS OF SERVICE RENDERED BY JOSEPH R. MARTHALLER
4 WHEREAS, Joseph R. Marthaller has served the City of San Jacinto in the
5 Capacity Of d member of the Planning Commission and a City Councilman; and
6 WHEREAS, his service has included a period of service as Mayor; and
7 WHEREAS, it is the feeling of the City Council that the exemplary ser-
8 vice rendered by Mr. Marthaller has been of a unique and invaluable nature;
9 and
10 WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council for themselves and on behalf of all
11 the citizens of San Jacinto, California, wish to express their deep and
12 abiding appreciation and gratitude for the exemplary service rendered to the
13 City of San Jacinto by Mr. Marthaller;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a plaque of the Seal of the City
15 of San Jacinto with a copy of this Resolution to be appropriately drafted
16 and perma-plaqued be awarded to Mr. Marthaller denoting our sincere appreci-
17 ation and gratitude for his many years of truly outstanding service to the
18 City of San Jacinto and the citizens thereof.
