OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE NAME
3 OF EAGLE DRIVE, NORTHERLY-SOUTHERLY DIRECTION,
WITHIN TRACT 8319 TO VERBENA COURT.

5 WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the request to change the
name of Eagle Drive, northerly-southerly direction, a public street with-
6 in Tract No. 8319, to Verbena. Court; and
7 WHEREAS, Section 34091 .1 of the Government Code of the State of Cali-
fornia provides for such changes of street names.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
9 San Jacinto as follows:
10 Section 1 . The City Council does hereby change the name of Eagle
Drive, running in a northerly-southerly direction, a public street within
11 Tract No. 8319 within the City of San Jacinto to Verbena Court as shown
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.

Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file this Resolution
13 with the County Recorder of the County of Riverside, State of California.
14 Section 3. The City Clerk is directed to notify the United States
Post Office of said change of name, as well as the City Planning Commission,
15 Riverside County Planning Commission and the City Engineer.
16 The City Clerk in addition is directed to forward a certified copy
of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Riverside
17 in conformity with Section 34092 of the Government Code.
18 Section 4. The change of name set forth in this resolution shall
not be effective until Sections 2 and 3 have been complied with.
