2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING ANNEXATION
TO THE CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY
14ITHOUT NOTICE OR HEARING, HEREAFTER DESIGNATED
4 ANNEXATION NO. 46, AND FURTHER DESIGNATED AS
LOCAL AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION NO. 83-25-3

WHEREAS, an application for an approval of certain uninhabited territory
has been initiated and designated as City of San Jacinto Annexation No. 46

and further designated Local Agency Formation Commission 83-25-3; and
WHEREAS, said annexation application contains the consent of all landlords
9
in the proposed area to said annexation, the boundaries of which are more par-
10
ticularly described in Exhibit "A" of Resolution No. 31-83 of the Local Agency
11
Formation Commission, which by reference is made a part hereof; and
12
WHEREAS, all hearings required by the Local Agency Formation Commission
13
have been held as required by law; and
14
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto is the designated
15
conducting authority and is authorized to proceed without notice and public
16
hearing;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Annexation No. 46 is hereby approved.

MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 1983, by the follow-
19
ing vote:

AYES: Councilmen Visser, Rose, Divine, Stevens and Marthaller

ANNEXATION NO. 46
A portion of H. T. Hewitt' s Addition to San Jacinto as
shown by Map on file in Book 13 of Maps , Page 624 , Records of
San Diego County, California, Blocks 81 , 82, 85s 86 , 92 and a
portion of Block 93 of the lands of the Hemet Land Company as
shown by Map on file in Book I of Maps, Page 14 and 15, and a
portion of the Kumler Ranch Tract as shown by Map on file in
Book 8 of Maps, Page 52 , both Records of Riverside County,
California, lying within Sections 35 and 36, Township 4 South,
Range 1 West, and in Sections I and 2. Township 5 South, Range
1 West, and in Section 6 , Township 5 South, Range 1 East, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, being more particularly described
as follows:
- Beginning at the center line intersection of Hewitt Street,
80 .00 feet wide, and Evans Street, 60.00 feet wide, as said in-
tersection is shown on Record of Survey on file in Book 60 of
Records of Survey, Page 23 , said Riverside County Records, said
intersection being also the Northeast corner of Annexation No.
29 to the City of San Jacinto;
Thence South 89*45 ' 21" East along said center line of Evans
Street a distance of 2869. 56 feet to an intersection with the
Northerly prolongation of the East line of Lot 2 of said Rumler
Ranch Tract;
Thence South 0114 ' 45" West along said prolongation and East
line of Lot 2 , and its Southerly prolongation, a distance of
1085. 63 feet to an intersection with the center line of Tanner
Street, 60 .00 feet wide;

Thence Southerly along said center line of Meridian Street
a distance of 747 feet, more or less , to an intersection with
the center line of Washington Avenue , 66. 00 feet wide;
Thence Westerly along said center line of Washington Avenue
a distance of 6223 feet, more or less, to an intersection with
the center line of Vienna Street, vacated;
Thence North 0*16 ' 30" West along said center line of
Vienna Street, vacated, a distance of 1495 feet, more or less,
to an intersection with the aforesaid center line of
Commonwealth Avenue;
Thence South 89'5314911 West along said center line of Com-
monwealth Avenue a distance of 674 .34 feet to an intersection
with the aforesaid center line of Hewitt Street, said intersec-
tion being also the Southeast corner of aforesaid Annexation
No. 29 to the City of San Jacinto;
Thence North 0'3946" West ,along said center line of Hewitt
Street, being also along the East line of said Annexation No.
29 to the City of San Jacinto, a distance of 2193. 62 feet to
the point of beginning.
