2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERINr. THE VACATION AND
3 ABANDONMENT OF EIGHTH STREET EAST OF STATE STREET
4 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto, California, havina
5 expressed its intention to vacate and abandon the public right-of-way over
6 the property shown on attached Exhibit "A"; and
7 EIHEOEAS, a public hearing, as required by law, was conducted by the City
8 Council on the 6th day of September 1983; and
9 WHEREAS, all notices and posting, as required by law, of said vacation
10 have been posted and given; and
11 WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City of San Jacinto to vacate the
12 herein-described property to property owner(s) of record; and
13 WHEREAS, all objections of any thereto having been heard and considered,
14 and its having found that the City has no present or prospective use for said
15 public right-of-way;
16 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOIJS:
17 1 . That the proposed vacation outlined on Exhibit "A" is not within an
area for which a General or Master Plan is adopted.
18 2. That the public right-of-way over the property described in Exhibit
19 "A" be vacated and abandoned.
20 3. That the City reserves for itself and all other public utilities a
public utility easement and the right at any time to construct
