2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, MAKING
3 APPLICABLE THE PROVISIONS OF CODE OF CIVIL
PROCEDURE SECTION 1094.6 PROVIDING FOR
4 JUDICIAL REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS
5 WHEREAS, California Code of Civil Procedure Section 1094.6(g) permits the
governing body of a local agency to adopt a resolution making Code of Civil
6 Procedure Section 1094.6 applicable to such local agency; and.
7 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto finds and determines
that such will provide an orderly and reasonable procedure for the review of
8 administrative decisions;
9 NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto hereby
resolves that the provisions of Section 1094.6 of the California Code of Civil
10 Procedure are applicable to the City of San Jacinto
11 APPROVED and ADOPTED this 16th day of August 1983.
