2 A RESOLUTION OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING DRAIN-
3 AGE REVIEW AND DRAINAGE PLAN CHECK FEES FOR
VARIOUS TYPES OF DEVELOPMENTS.

5 WHEREAS the City of San Jacinto , in conjunction with the
6 County of Riverside has adopted a Master Drainage 'Plan;
7 WHEREAS the City of San Jacinto must review each and every
8 development for compliance with the Master Drainage Plan,
9 WHEREAS drainage plans must be submitted for each development
10 to ascertain compliance with the Master Drainage Plan and determine the
11 effect each project has on the San Jacinto Area.
12 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
13 of San Jacinto does hereby establish Drainage Review and Drainage Plan
14 Check Fees in accordance with Exhibit "A" , attached and incorporated herein.
