2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, QUIT-CLAIMING ANY
3 RIGHTS THE CITY MAY HAVE ON LOTS 11 AND 12 OF
TRACT MAP 11403 RESERVED AS A RETENTION BASIN
4 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacin%,on the -6th," dayof Jan-
5 uary 1981 , approved Tract No. 11403, said Map being recorded on January 7,
1981 , in Book 117, Page 19, in the office of the County Recorder, County of
6 Riverside; and
7 WHEREAS, said Tract Map included a provision whereby two (2) lots are
"reserved as retention basins for drainage purposes until such time as re-
8 leased by the City of San Jacinto, or connection to storm drain," said lots
being Lots No. 11 and 12; and
9 WHEREAS, the owner of said Tract has obtained easements and has completed
io construction of d storm drain to carry the runoff away from the Tract into an
existing street; and
11 WHEREAS, said storm drain has adequately functioned during the past two
12 seasons of wet weather; and
13 WHEREAS, certain conditions regarding the lot grading elevation and futurE
building pad elevations have been imposed by the Public Works Director of the
14 City of San Jacinto for the safety of future owners.
15 NOW, THEREFORE the City hereby quitclaims any rights the City may have by
virtue of the statement on the map regarding the reservation of Lot 11 and
16 Lot 12 as a retention basin, said statement being shown as Note 11 of the
Engineer's Note on said Tract Map, the City Clerk is hereby authorized to pre-
17 pare a Quitclaim document in favor of American Business Center, Inc. , owners
of said lots, and record said document with the Recorder for the County of
18 Riverside.
19 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED the 19th day of July 1983.
