THE CITY OF SAM JACINT0, AND SUPERSEDING
3 CERTAIN RATES ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION NO, 1713

7 Section 1 " This resolu-1ion, aupersedee and repeals
Resolution No . 1713 adnpted August 4, 1987.

Section 2. The rates for r�qular metered servicm for

Section 3° Pursuant to the provisions of Section
14 13 . 12.010 & .n20 of the Code of the City of San Jacinto the

22 Section 4~ Pursuant tm the authorit f Section
13. 12,0l8 of the Code Of the City Of San J�cinto , the CitY
231 Council hereby establashes the minimum charge for temporarY
service for construction and fIoodirig purposes outside
24 the City limits as fol } ows:
25 A. The minimum rental is $15.00 per m�nth in �d��ncer
a:d a charge uf $1 . �� per da� shall be made based upon e �ive
2� day week . In addition to the rental fee and daily fee
charges of this paragraph the user shall pay $1 .05 per iQO
2-1 cubic of water used .
29 B. The flooding , or construction, meter must be read by
the City every mmnth � and the cost of the water used shall be
29 paid at that lime.
30i C. A refundable deposit shall be required for the meter
based on the cust uf the metpr as establlshed by the Public
