AND APPROVING APPROPRIATIONS POR THE FISCAL

4 THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO DOES RESOLVE AS

° FOLLOWS:
6 Section 1 ° The Budget for the City of Jacinto for the
� fiscal year commencing July 1 , 19058r and endinq June 301 11�?89 ,
8 as prepared Rnd -,uhmitted by the City Manaoer and as modified
� by the City Council , is hereby aPproved and adopted as the
10 budget of the City of San Jacinto for said fiscel year . A copy
11 of said budciet is herehv order�d f i I e d! j,n the pffice of the
12 C1ty Clerk and shall be certified by the City Clerk as hevinQ
13
been adopted by this Resolution.
14 Section 2" From the effective date of c7,aid budg2t , the total
15 amount stated therein for each department activity account in
16 the Operating Budget shall be and is appropriated subject to
17 expenditure pursuant to all applicable ordinances of the City
18 and the atatutes of the Btate. An approPriation may be
19 reallocated from one departmental activity account to another
28 within the Operating 8udget upon recummendation and approval of
� 21 the City Mana�er , providing there i� no chang� in the total
22
appropriation within any account as authorized by the City

9,j Section 3. From the effective date of said budget , the tot�l
25 amount as stated therein for each proJect ln the Capital
26 BudQot hall be an; is appropriated . Appropriations may be
27 reellmcatad within the Caipjital Budget upon the recommendation
2 S of the City Manager and prior approval of the City Council .
