THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING

FACTS-

A traffic study was conducted fmr the lntersection of
� Esplan�de Avenue Dnd Banta Fe Street , in an effort to
determine if the ''warrants" fmr multi-waY Stop Sign were met .

The results of the study attached as '`Exhibit A" conducted
8 over a "meriod of twenty---two ( 22) days during the months of
May and June 1908 roflects the warrants have been mc�t on

both major and minor streets "

at t it is the recommend�tion of the Traffic Engineer and the
City Planoing Staff that STO- signs be placed at the
' ~ 1 intersectioo creating a muItiway STOP intersecti0n

NOW THEREFORE �E �� RESOLVED , by the City Council of the

City of San Jacinto , in regular sessionx thi� 21st day of

June 1908, as folloVJs :
14 1 . Council concurs with the finding of fact .
15 2. Certify that the city ' s adopted standards for warrants
concerning multi-way STOP signs have been met "

3. It is hereby directed that STDP signs be Placed on
1� Esplanade A enue at the intersection of Santa Fe v ,
creating a multi-way STOP intersection.
4 . The Department of Public Worts shall cause the
nsceasary signin4 to be placed at the inter�ectiom o�
Esplanade Avenue and S�nta Fe, crFating a multi -way STOP

21 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution .
