A ION UF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN

BTREET LIGHTING Mf-)INTEWANCE OF ALL FIXTURES AND
� APPURTENANCES AND THE FURNISHING OF ELECTPICAL
ENERGY THROUGHOUT THE DISTRICT; AND TO FURNISH
2 LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE OF THE LANDSCAPED AREAS IN
SAID DISTRICT AS SHOWN ONI PLAN NO. 1988-B9 FOR THE
3 FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING 3ULY 1 ; 1988 AND APPOINTING A
TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING PROTESTS IN RELATIONS
11 THERETO .

HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLAREv DETERMINE� AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:

and that it is the intention of tMe C� ty Council of ths �i6y

of San Jacinto ,, California , to order certain street lighting
� 12 and certain landscaping maintenance on and along portions of
13 streetsx avenues , courts� places , drives and rights�of�may
mithin said District , mIl as shown on approved de-velopment

15 plans, City specifications' and Plan No . 1999-99 on fiIe in
the office of the City Clerk , to be maintained and that
electric current to be furnished for lighting said fiwturc-.�s
and appurtenances for the fiscal year beginning July 1 , 19B8 "

All of the wark and improvement above specified shall be done
in accordance with the specification--, aod plans therefor

referred to in the report of the City Manager dated June 2,

City Council may at any time transfer into the San Jacinto

combined Lighting and Landscepjng Maintenance Districts

Fund , out of any money in the General Fund , such cums as it

29 shall deem necessary, and the sums so transferred shall be
30 deemed a loan to such Fund , and shall be rmpaid out of the
oroceeds of the assessments Qrovided for in this resolution,
.32 and pursuant to the provisions of Sectinn 22657, "Landscaping

SECTION 3. That said contemplated work and improvement , in
the opinion of the L-ity Council , is of more than local or
ordinary beneTit , and said Council hereby makes the ex.pense
of said work and improvements chargeable upon a dIstrict �
which district sa- d Council h2reby declares to he the district
benefitted by said work and improvement , and to be asSesSed
to pay the cost and expense thereof, which said district is
that portion of the City of San Jacinto as shown on Diaoram

and Plan No . 191BB-89, on file in the office of the City Clerk ,

and to which said Diagram and plan reference is hereby made
^ for a complete and detailed deacriptiun of said district ,

ewcepting from said district any portion of any publir street ,

alley or court which may be include therein. The said diagram

and plan so on file shall govern for all details as to the

e�tent of said assessment district .

Lighting Act of 1972» hereinafter referred tuv which are

SECTION 5. The improvement contemplated by this Resolution of

Intention shaIl be done under the provision of the "Landscaping

and Lightinq Act of 1972" < now Part 2 of D�vision 15 af the

Streets and Highways Code of the Gtato of California,
