FILE A REPORJ IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE 4 , CHAPTER

STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR THE FURNISHING OF

AND FOR THE FURNISHING OF LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE

DISTRICT " IN THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,

n WHEREASv the Ci �y Council of the City of Ban Jacinto ,
9 California proposes to form an assessment district pursuant
10 to the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972'' / being Division
/ 11 l5, Part 2 of the Streets and Highwa\/ Code of the State of
12 California ; and
13 WHEREAG7 the aald assessment district shall include all parcels
14 of land Within the. said District and shall bs,,� designated as
xa the SAN JACINTO COMDINE0 LIGHTING ANQ LANDSCAPING MAINTENANCE
~` DISTRICTS; And
17 WHEREAS, it is proposad to furnish the electrical energy and
Im landscaping on the following streets as show on
19 Can Jacinto Lighting and Landscaping Maintenance Plan No .
20 1988-Bg, also shown on attached Exhibits A, Eqr C' D, & E . All
21 streets lights and landscaping maintenance arc within said

23 WHEREAS v it is proposed to fmrnish the energy and to maintain
the lighting systefn �nd to maintain the landscaping ;

NOW, THEREFDREn THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTOv

DOES HEREBY RESOLVE', DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS-

SECTION 1� That the City Manager is hereby ordered to prapare
