RESOLUTION NO. 1752
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAKV JACINT09 CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND RUBBISH COLLECTED
WITHIN OR BY THE SAID CITY OF BAN ]ACINlF[0
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACI�TD QOES HEREBY RESOLVE
� AS FOLLOWS:
� section 1 . fhis resolution supersedes Resolution No . 1673r
adopted December i6th 1906.
Section 2, For the privilege of having garbage and rubbish
Q collected not less than twice during each calendar week , there
shall be assessed and charged :
(�) For the owner or occuAant of residences; $8 .85 per
^ month .
m (b ) For the owner or operator of multiple unit dwellings
each having kitchen facilities' $6 "85 r month for
� the first unit and $6. 35 for e�ch ad,ditinnal uni10 t
regardleas whether occupied or not .
(c ) For the owner Pr operator of any commercial e�tablis��
ment , exceDt as set forth in sub-Paragraph ( d ) below:
The rate of $3 .90 per cubic yard of volume Of the
12 rubbish and trash containerS maintained at each
establishment , provided , however , that in no eve n t
�� shall the fee be less than $7.85 per month " The

(d ) Mobilehome park5 hawing refuoe picked up at each
x» space Mut the fees are billed to and paid by the
operator shall. be charged on the same basis as sub-
paragraph,paragraph ( a) above.

rate if refu�e is collected at central locatione or

and individual billing and payment .
( e) The City CuUnciI may provide that rubbish not included
