SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA, ORDERING THE ANNEX-
ATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY TO
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO KNOWN AS ANNEXATION
4 NO. 57
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Jacinto
adopted Resolution No. 1729 , acknowledging receipt of the
1 petition for annexation, consented to such annexation and
authorized the submittal of the appropriate application
to the Local Agency Formation Commission; and

qi WHEREAS, the Local Agency Formation Commission on
Thursday, April 7 , 1988 designated the City of San Jacinto
as the Conducting Authority and authorized the annexation
designated, Local Agency Formation Commission No. 88-02-3
M to proceed without notice or hearing.
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
12 1. The City Council hereby declares that by submitting
a petition request for annexation the record property owners
13 of the City of San Jacinto Annexation No. 57 have waived all
protest rights .

2 . The City Council hereby declares its finding to
15 . be that no protest has been made with respect to Annexation
No. 57 .

3 . The territory referrred to herein is described as
17 set forth in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto as made a
part hereof.

4 . The City Administrative Officers be and they are
19 hereby directed to take the necessary steps to complete this
annexation as required by law.

Being Blocks 83 , 84 , 87, 88 , and a portion of blocks 90
and 91 of the Hemet Land Company as shown by map on file
in Book 1 of Maps , Pages 14 and 15, Records of Riverside
County, California, lying in Section 1 , Township 5 south,
Range 1 west, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, Described
as follows :
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Elsinore
Street with the intersection of the centerline of Park
Avenue as shown by Riverside County Surveyor Plat 828-V;
Thence north 56033 ' 30" west a distance of 1221 . 04 feet
to the beginning of a tangent curve concave southerly
having a radius of 3000 feet;
Thence northwesterly along thS arc of said tangent curve
through a central angle of 12 23 ' 11 " a distance of 648 . 55
feet;
