A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
I CITY OF SAN JACINTO DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO INITIATE ON ITS OWN MOTION
2 PROCEEDINGS TO ANNEX CERTAIN INHABITED
TERRITORY KNOWN AS ANNEXATION NO. 58
3 WHEREAS., some property owners desire annexation to the
4
City of San Jacinto - and
5 WHEREAS, annexation to the City of San Jacinto will
6 contribute to the orderly growth of the City, provide
7 proper control of street layouts, sanitary sewer and water
8 design and to insure proper use of land in conformity with
I
the General Plan .
10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows ®
11 1 . The City Council of the City of San Jacinto
12
I proposes to initiate on its own motion proceedings to annex
13
to the City of San Jacinto all or a portion of the
14 territory hereinafter described on Exhibit "All as inhabited
15i
territory pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
I G
Organization Act.
17 2 . That the territory which the Council proposes to
18 annex shall be identified as Annexation No. 58
19 3 . That the City Manager, or his designated
20 Local
representative, is hereby authorized to file with the
21
Agency Formation Commission the appropriate application and
22 1 sign any and all, documents therefore .
