1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN JACINTOo CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE
2 FEES TO BE CHARGED PURSUANT TO SECTION 8 OF
3 ORDINANCE NO. 828
WHEREAS, Section 8 of Ordinance No. 828 provides that
4 for the purpose of regulating bicycle licensina and renewal
tags , a fee as Prescribed by resolution of the City Council
5 for such regulations shall be charged .
6 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
7 the City of San Jacinto in its requLar session assembled on
Aa4us±--U_,__L9_U ___e that in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance 828 of the City of San Jacinto, the following
8 fee 's are required :
9 (a ) For each new bicycle license and registration
10 , certificate, the sum shall be Two Dollars ( $2 . 00 ) per year
or any portion thereof .
11 (b) For each transfer of registration certificate,
12 the sum shall be One Dollar ( $1 . 00 ) .
(c ) For each replacement of a bicycle license or
13 registration certificate, the sum shall be One dollar
14 ( $1. 00) .
15 (d) For each bicycle license renewal, the sum shall.
be One Dollar ( $1 . 00) per Year .
16 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution takes
17 effect on _or
