1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO ,
CALIFORNIA , ORDERING CERTAIN CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE
2 RESOLUTION OF INTENTION AND PROCEEDINGS RELATING TO THE FORMATION
OF A COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT

THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING FACTS :

WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL_ of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
6 ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
Agency " ) , has previously declared its intention and ordered the
7 preparation of a " Report " relating to the initiation of proceed -
ings to create a Community Facilities District pursuant to the
8 terms and provisions of the "Mello-Roos Community Facilities Act
of 1982 " , being Chapter 2 . 5 , Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the
9 Government Code of the State of California . This Community
Facilities District shall hereinafter be referred to as COMMUNITY
10 FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 1 ( SOBOBA SPRINGS } thereinafter referred
to as the "District " ) ; and ,

WHEREAS , notice of a public hearing relating to the establishment
12 of the District , the extent of the District , the furnishing of
certain facilities and services , and all other related matters
13 has been given , and a " Report " , as ordered by this Agency , has
been presented and considered , and at this time it is hereby
14 determined that certain changes and modifications in the Resolu -
tion of Intention and proceedings should be ordered .

NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED , by the City Council of
16 the City of San Jacinto , in regular session , this 4 t h day of
17 August, 1987 , as follows :
1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .

19 2 . That it is in the best public interest and convenience to
order certain changes and modifications to the proceedings
and Resolution of Intention , as they relate to the formation
20 of the District , and said changes and modifications are as
set forth in the final " Report " of the Engineer submitted
21
and herein approved , entitled "COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT
REPORT" .

3 . That the proceedings , Resolution of Intention and "Report "
2`' of the Engineer as now presented , shall stand for all future
proceedings as the Resolution of Intention , proceedings and
24 " Report" for the District .
25 4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
26 Resolution .
27 MOVED , PASSED AND ADOPTED AT A REGULAR MEETING OF SAID CITY
28 COUNCIL duly held the 4th day of Augus 1987 .
