2 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO INITIATE AND
SUPPORT AN ANNEXATION OF' CERTAIN UNINHABITED
TERRITORY KNOWN AS ANNEXATION NO. 5G

WHEREAS, some property owners desire annexation to the
6 City of Sari Jacinto; and
WHEREAS,, the City of San Jacinto desires to support
for Annexation No . 5G pursuant to the provisions of the Re---
Organization Act, Part 2, Title 5, Division 3 .
WHEREAS, the nature of the proposed change of
organization is an annexation to the City of San Jacinto;
10 and
WHEREAS, the proposed boundaries of the affected
11 territory are described in Exhibit "A- , attached hereto and
121 made a part hereof.- and
I WHEREAS, annexation to the City of San Jacinto will
13� contribute to the orderly growth of the city, provide
Proper control of street layouts, sanitary sewer and water
14 design and to insure proper use of land in conformity with
15 the General Plan

1611 NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows ,
1 . The City Council. of the City of San Jacinto
17 proposes to initiate and support a proposal to
annex to the City of San Jacinto all the
18 territory hereinafter described on Exhibit "All as
.i.nhabited territory pursuant to the -provisions of
19 the Municipal Organization Act ,
20 2 , That the territory which the Council proposes to
21 support annexation of shall be identified as
annexation No . 56 .
22 3 . That the City Manager or his designated
23 representative is hereby authorized to file with
the Local Agency Formation commission the
24 appropriate application and sign any and all
documents 'therefor, should the City decide to
25 file an application .
26 MOVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED on the 21st day of July,
1987 .
