1 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO ,
CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING BOUNDARY MAP SHOWING PROPERTIES AND LAND TO
2 BE SERVED BY CERTAIN PUBLIC CAPITAL FACILITIES AND SERVICES IN A
COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT

4 THIS RESOLUTION IS ADOPTED WITH REFERENCE TO THE FOLLOWING
FACTS ,

WHEREAS , the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF SAN JACINTO, CALIFORNIA,
6 ( hereinafter referred to as the " legislative body of the local
Agency " ) , desires to initiate proceedings to create a Community
7 Facilities District pursuant to the terms and provisions of the
" Mello - Roos Community Facilities Act of 1982 " , being Chapter 2 . 5 ,
8 Part 1 , Division 2 , Title 5 of the Government Code of the State
of California . This Community Facilities District shall herein-
9 after be referred to as COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT NO . 1
10 ( SOBOBA SPRINGS ) ( hereinafter referred to as the " District " ) ;
and ,
11 WHEREAS , there has been submitted a map showing the properties
and parcels of land proposed to be subject to a special tax to be
12
levied within the above-referenced District .
13 NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED , by the City Council of the
14 City of San Jacinto , in regular session , this 3Oth day of June ,
1987 as follows :
15 1 . That the above recitals are all true and correct .
16 2 . That the map designated as " BOUNDARIES OF COMMUNITY FACILI -
TIES DISTRICT NO. 1 ( SOBOBA SPRINGS ) " , showing the properties
17 and parcels of land to be subject to a special tax to be
levied within the above - referenced District is hereby
18 approved and adopted .
19 3 . A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at
least one ( 1 ) copy of the map of the District , evidencing the
20
date and adoption of this Resolution , and within fifteen ( 15 )
21 days after the adoption of the Resolution fixing the time and
place of the hearing on the formation or extent of said
District , a copy of said map shall be filed with the correct
22
and proper endorsements thereon with the County Recorder , all
in the manner and form provided for in Section 3111 of the
23
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California .
24 4 . The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
25 Resolution .
