RESOLUTION NO. 1701 OF SAID COUNCIL, AND THE PLANS,,

28 clearing it-, intention to order certain street lighting fixtures
29 and appurtenances to be maintained and electric current to be
20 furnished for lighting said fixtures and to order certain land-
3j scaping to be maintained for the fiscal year beginning July 1 ,

5 WHEREAS, at the time and place above-stated for hear lng

8 filed and presented which said protests and objections were
9 fully and regularly heard and considered by the Council ; and
10 WHEREAS, said City Council being fully advised in the premises ,

16 and objections and does hereby approve, confirm and adopt

19 proposed -for said proposed improvement set forth and referred
24 to in said reportr Which said report is now on fi1e in the

5 assessment made to cover the costs and expenses of said
