A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
4 OF SAN JACINTOo CALIFORNIA, TO ENTER INTO A
COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH RIVERSIDE COUNTY
5 FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT
PROGRAM FOR THE PERIOD COMMENCING IN OCTOBER
6 1987 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 1990 AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF
7 OF THE CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Can Jac ire make
election to participate in the Urban County Community Development
10 B'10r-k Gr'aY�t ( '.'DBG) Program with the County of Riverside ,
11 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED DETERMINED,, AND ORDERED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOW-.

Section 1 . To enter into Cooperative agreement with
13 Riverside County for the Comma nit-y Block Grant Program commencing
octnbsr , 1997 through Septefr,�ber 1990 and authari7e the Mayor and
14 Deputy City CIL-rk to execute Agreement attached herein-) as Exhibit
"A" on behalf of the City.
