WHEREAS, the Berize-evi Cohen Corp . Project includes a major
4 Air, Facility at the North End of the San Jacinto Valley ; and
5 WHEREAS, the proposed Air Facility will be design
ed to

11 WHEREAS, the quality of lifpg the freedom fico) noise and

13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of San Jacinto in its regular session of MarEh 17, 1737�
