RESOLUTION NO. 1688
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO
APPROVING POSSIBLE REVISIONS IN THE
DOCUMENTS ADOPTED FOR THE PURPOSE OF
FACILITATING THE ISSUANCE OF ITS
IMPROVEMENT BONDS, CITY OF SAN JACINTO,
CALIFORNIA, ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO.
87-1, SERIES 1987A
WHEREAS, the City of San Jacinto (the "City")
intends to issue its Improvement Bonds, City of San Jacinto,
California, Assessment District No. 87-1, Series 1987A (the
"Bonds") ; and
WHEREAS, the contemplated use of the proceeds to
purchase the Improvements (as defined in Resolution No. 1679
of the City, adopted February 3 , 1987) may require certain
other changes in the documents providing for the issuance,
sale and delivery of the Bonds subsequent to the sale of the
Bonds to the Underwriters.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED BY THE CI'_1Y OF SAN JACINTO AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Resolution of the City authorizing
the issuance of the Bonds, adopted March 17, 1987 (the
°'Resolution of issuance") and the resolutions and documents
refe.Yred to therein or necessary for the issuance, sale and
delivery of the Bonds are hereby authorized to be delivered
with such changes, modifications, additions or deletions,
which do not change the substance of the transaction, as may
be approved and recommended by the City's Bond Counsel,
James Warren Beebe, a Law Corporation, to the City Manager,
or, in his absence or disability, his designated representa-
tive, and approved by him, the execution thereof to be

conclusive evidence of such approval; and the Mayor and the
City Manager, or, in their absence or disability, their
designated representatives, and the Deputy City Clerk are
hereby authorized and directed to execute such documents
when the same shall have been prepared for execution with
the seal of the City to be affixed thereto, it being the
intent of the City that the Bond delivery proceed through to
completion so that the City will have the benefits to be
derived therefrom.
Section 2 . This Resolution shall take effect upon
adoption.
