RESOLUTION N0. 1687
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO APPROVING
PRELIMINARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT RE IMPROVE-
MENT BONDS FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 87-1.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto (the "City") has adopted, on the same date as the
adoption of this Resolution, a Resolution authorizing the
issuance and sale of $1,415, 000 principal amount of
"' improvement Bonds, City of San Jacinto, California,
Assessment District No. 87-1, Series 1987A (the "Bonds") ; and
WHEREAS, there has been prepared and presented to
the City Council a Preliminary Official Statement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Pre-
liminary Official Statement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND
ORDERED BY THE CIS COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO AS
FOLLOWS;
Section 1. That the Preliminary Official
Statement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is hereby approved
for distribution in connection with the sale of the Bonds.
Section 2 . That when the information necessary for
the preparation of a final Official Statement is known, the
City Council hereby authorizes and directs Goldschmidt &
Company (the "Financial Consultant") to prepare such final
Official Statement. The final Official Statement shall be in
D0074:489.10

substantially the form of the Preliminary Official Statement
presented to the City Council, with such corrections,
changes, modifications, additions or deletions as may be
proposed and approved by the Financial Consultant, and
approved by the City Attorney and Bond Counsel to the Mayor
(or such other officer or employee of the City as the Mayor
may designate) , and approved by the Mayor or such designated
officer or employee. The Mayor, or such designated officer
or employee, as the case may be, is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the final Official Statement when
prepared in final form for use in connection with the
delivery of the Bonds to the purchasers thereof, and such
execution shall be conclusive evidence of the Mayor's or such
designated officer' s or employee' s, as the case may be,
approval of the final Official Statement.
Section 3 . This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon adoption.
