RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SAN JACINTO CONCERNING
FORECLOSURES OF DELINQUENT ASSESSMENT
LIENS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 87-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San
Jacinto (the "City") , on this date, is undertaking
proceedings related to the issuance of its Improvement
Bonds, City of San Jacinto, California, Assessment District
No. 87-1, Series 1987A (the "Bonds") .
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN JACINTO DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. If any installment of the principal or
interest of anv assessment levied in Assessment District
No. 87-11 City of San Jacinto, California, becomes
delinquent, the City Council shall cause the filing of an
action in .7e Superior Court of the County of Riverside to
foreclose the lien of the delinquent assessment pursuant to
the authority granted in Section 8830 et seq. of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California. This action
shall be filed not later than one hundred-twenty (120) days
following the date of delinquency.
Section 2 . This Resolution is adopted as an
inducement to the purchasers of the Bonds, and Section 1
hereof shall constitute a covenant to the holders of the
Bonds.

Section 3 . This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon adoption.
